SkillUp is proud to be featured as a launch partner in the new WAY campaign, a bold effort to empower young people and society to redefine career success through the lens of culture, creativity and self-discovery.

Led by Stand Together and kicking off with The Weeknd’s "After Hours Til Dawn" tour, the campaign brings together notable creators and innovators in music, sports, tech and business — including Grammy-winning artist and entrepreneur Killer Mike, Atlanta Hawks CMO Melissa Proctor, technologist Iddris Sandu, and Virgin Group founder Richard Branson — alongside a coalition of mission-aligned organizations like SkillUp.

Together, we’re showcasing pathways to success that don’t require a four-year degree. The initiative challenges outdated assumptions about career readiness and offers practical tools to help individuals build skills, find quality jobs and unlock long-term economic mobility.

Our inclusion in this national campaign reflects recognition of our mission amid a growing movement that values skills, lived experience and self-determination.
